Agreed, Jennifer... 95 in a school zone should rightfully command an arrest for reckless driving. In her situation it was at night and there was little traffic. Personally, I've driven 100+ on the German Autobahn and also drove an emergency vehicle for 12 years. But I am an experienced driver. She had not been driving that long, so I felt compelled to send a strong message. Not sure if it was overkill and perhaps some would have handled it differently. But I do know she got the message.
