Possibly depends on whether it is real or fantasy spanking. It is impossible to count the number of spankings that girls get in fantasies that are presented as real because there must be millions of them. Girls getting spanked is way more popular than boys getting it.

FWIW, where I grew up, the reality was that both boys and girls got spanked but, as far as I could tell, boys got it much more. I didn't want it to be that way, it just was. These days, I'm not sure, but I wouldn't consider spanking forums to be a reliable source of trusted information.

I hate to agree with you, but I do. :)
We rarely heard of girls being spanked, and boys didnt want to talk about their experience, but sometimes I'd hear "I really got it last night". And boys constantly made trips to the school office./
I've read some scientific studies, of course avoiding the biased writings of educational institutions. Among the studies on hundreds of kids were things I didn't at all expect! 80% of spankings are boys. One study said 85% of parents use corporal punishment. I doubt that, but abolitionists admit to 67%. And number/rate of spankings stays consistent age 8 to age 15, then gradually declines through age 17, which is as far as they went.
I think most people will disagree with all of this, and fine with me. But I want people to know that spanking is all around, and a few might find something in there that they want to latch onto. My apologies to all.
