I share Robert's feelings for you. Try not to internalize the guilt. I got two punishments that were public and involved other scouts. These were collective punishments and I did nothing myself to earn them.

It was quite insensitive of your peers to tease you and bully you. At least now you are hearing countervailing interpretations. Stay strong and benefit from the attempts to belittle you.

But I had a friend at school with whom I shared all my fears, emotions, and details, and vice versa. And that may have been rather unusual, since we weren't related or anything. Just friends. You were so fortunate to have such an understanding friend.

I had one friend but he was convinced that I wasn't ever really and properly spanked. So, sharing any details with him just prompted more teasing about "how one has never been licked until one has been licked with the razor strap!" He actually asked me on a sleepover if my mother would object if his mother spanked me. I am sure his plan was to get both of us in trouble!

He was definitely right that I had never gotten a real one but I didn't have the nerve to get it from his mother. She spanked with the rubber flyswatter that she showed his sister in my presence and apparently once at least with THREE switches. He broke three glasses dishwashing and that prompted the switching. I was way too scared of her to risk a "spanking" from her!
