What did he use on them that time? Some implement he brought with him? Did you really give a dreaded "Second" right on top of the spanking from him? In my scouting days, a kid refused a second beltline run and forced the rest of us to run, claiming that someone deliberately him in the front. Of course, no one did it on purpose but as you no doubt know, doubled belts wrap around and it was just an accident, IF, and it is a big "IF", it happened at all. I called my brother-in-law and he came and scolded him and gave him 5 swats with his belt on the bare bottom. He stood and watched me give him the spanking he deserved with hand and paddle. He told all the kids if they resist and fight me over a spanking, he will gladly come over and whip their butts with the belt then get their spanking from me.
