I think the suggestion to explain to your Mom what you feel and see what she says is a good idea. Try that. Being in your 20's, she may think it's odd. But the more you explain things, she may understand. The other angle that does not have to do with spanking is that you are in your 20's and an adult. Life can be hard and comes with responsibilities we all eventually must need to handle in order to survive.
