So what was the fallout when the whole world found out about it? Did Carol tease you? Do you know if she was still getting them herself? Did she wait around to take the brush back home?

Carol came in through the kitchen door & saw me standing naked in the parlor & did a double take. She gave my mom the brush which was lighter weight wood & a rectangle & not my mom's oval heavier brush. She blistered my fanny purple over her knee while Carol waited for the brush drinking kool-aid. The school was delighted at the news when I got in on Monday dreading it. Lasted about 3 days everyone calling me "Spanky", but it died down after that. My moms hairbrush turned up in the linen closet where she had put some towels on top of it.
