 From my observation, there seemed to be various stages as a spanking progresses. How often did you go through all of them, and did I miss any? First there is the objecting to the spanking during the first swats when put over the knee, second, the ow-ow-ow-ow stage up to spanks 10 or so, then, perhaps after an intake of breath, the full on WAAHAA third stage that brings kicking, bucking and rolling. I have observed or overheard everything from single swats through stage three. Did your parents give all three types, varying according to the offense, where you were when spanked, presence of witnesses, etc.
