Clair, if you're suggesting that corporal punishment can legally be included in any contract of employment or other situations, then you would effectively have no choice. Obviously there would have to be limitations as to severity or frequency, and alternatives must be enshrined in the law, but if an employer, say, deemed you deserving of a legally enforceable spanking, then that's it. You might dispute it on the grounds of fairness, eg that you don't think you are guilty of the alleged offence, but not its legality. What a wonderful world that would be!!

Despite it being frigidly cold there were parties and from what I saw A LOT of misbehavior. And at work, some of these employees, I swear I would LOVE to lay the paddle on their butts.
