 Mel, my daughters get the spankings in that way: over the knee, with my hand, sometimes my hairbrush and or slipper, and they have to spend time facing wall or in the corner after and before spankings.
How often? Sometimes they receive two or tree in a month and sometimes two months go by without receiving any. Of course it depends on their behavior.
Personally I received the last spanking at the age of 23.
