I have saved a number of similar documents over the years and every once in a while, I stumble upon some unique and introductory opinions of how a smoking fetish develops and unique discoveries within the framework of information shared during the Internet's infancy. I believe this was published around 1995 and the beginnings of Smoke Signals which was at first a mailed newsletter via paid subscription and originating from Providence, RI
