A few updates. Two games with female smoking (Lake and Help Will Come Tomorrow) and one that got away (Control). Original link should still work.

Lake
In this game you play Meryll, a woman tasked with delivering mail to a small community surrounding a lake. You are given chances to interact with various residents on your route. Nancy, the owner of the General Store, chain smokes cigarettes behind the counter. (Remember when you could smoke indoors, while at work?) Meryll is also given the chance to smoke pot with a hippie couple; she is offered a joint, which the player can accept or refuse. The hippie woman, June, will also smoke some if you do.

Control
The game world contains detailed models of cigarette vending machines with interesting brands, cigarette packs, and ashtrays. There is also a significant smoking male character, similar to the Cigarette Smoking Man from X-Files and the Elusive Man from Mass Effect. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any female smoking.

Help Will Come Tomorrow
Cigarettes are a usable item which can raise the morale of a male or female party member. Unfortunately, there is no smoking animation when they are used.
