Jones may say that the arms move first, but NG definitely says that the body must move first. I have been to many schools and have absolutely no doubt about that. Here is what they say about the body. This is taken from their website at www.naturalgolf.com "Because the body's primary role is to stabilize the arm swing, it must move in anticipation of the arm swing for the golfer to remain on balance."

Anticipation means before Chazman!

The Grass Cutting drill that you love so much ingrains the body moving before the arms automatically. You cannot compare what NG is doing to STC (Jones' swing the clubhead), if Jones doesn't want the body to move first.

It is easy to see that you do not understand what NG is teaching now, so until you do understand it, you should not feel the need to make yourself look like a fool by posting here.
