Tom recommends a "little" more neutral grip then is shown in the LTOBG book, although he has a right hand grip much deeper into the palm then I thought the LTOBG showed.

A stronger lead grip may cure the hits to the right though, just be careful to not get it too strong or you will be hooking them.
