Your coach taught you incorrectly. The
body cant pull your arms through. While the movement of the body does help to increase
the distance you can throw, it certainly cant be said to be the power source. Isolate the body and see how far you can throw with only the
arm, then make your arm go limp and see how far you can throw with only the body, it should
be easy to see that you cant throw with you body, it is the arms not the body, not the body but the arms that throw and swing.
