People,please don't make it too complicated.After having back surgery twice, I recommend sticking with the basics. You may have problems with Chaz, but look at the next to last paragraph of his post on 4/11. This REALLY WORKS..Isn't the whole point to keep it SIMPLE..The four basic steps work...Don't OVERTHINK IT...
