Yes, except for the wide stance. That is a preference not an absolute. However what I may not have said and should have said is that the primary criteria is the straight-line relationship between the clubshaft and the forearm. Without that the other points are meaningless and we are no longer talking about SA.

Yes, because you have just removed the primary requirement of SA.
