.... what buying or returning something from an organization has to do with the validity of a patent. I've no idea whether or not a patent is valid and I don't really care because I don't use the equipment anyway. Others who use the equipment probably don't care either if it works for them.

People buy product. If they like the product they keep it and there are many on this forum who appear to have success with the NG clubs - and - If they don't they return it or if they think it's too expensive, or they think they can get the job done with something cheaper, they buy something else.
Simple.
