I think when he says "we," he doesn't mean himself or just one person, but Papua New Guineans as a colective unit.

But I think you're Bill White, just using different means of harrassing Papua New Guineans. If you weren't harrassing, why don't you speak in more than 1 or 2 sentences? If you aren't Bill White, why did Bill White grab onto those short term sympathetics of the past, but he never responds to you????? (especially your being an anonymous supporter which he hates!)
