Anyone with any lack of ethics at all these days makes sure they negotiate a hefty severence pay package contract before they take on a job. Then once they're sacked they get the big payoff. Not enough investigators or judges to deal with the massive increase in misappropriations. As for the severence pay, it's perfectly legal just unethical.
