I think the term Mega City is a relative term. In countries that are heavily developed and populated like America, Japan and the big European places Port Moresby would have small town status. It is same with most of the South American countries, their cities are relatively small, not very well built, but still, that is where the middle class working population lives. The house they live in and the factory building where they work would not meet American building inspection requirements, so they live in what some would call shacks. But is home to them.
