Subject: Strange legitimacy of fast money schemes

It is amazing to me how the media, the Bank of PNG, and so many thousands of taken depositers seem to think there could be any legitimacy at all to Money Rain and the other fast money schemes that have ripped off PNG over the last year or two.

Now U-Vistract says they have all this money to bring in from overseas to pay off their depositors. They say they can't set up an account to bring the money in, PNGBC is playing the game and saying they are welcome to bring in the money.

Tell me, what investment in the world is guaranteed to bring you 100% or so return on your investment VERY RELIABLY in only a few months? The whole fast money schemes get people to believe there is such a way to make so much money in the world. Where? I haven't seen it.

It makes me sad that the newspapers even give space to these schemes and their latest excuse as if there is any legitimacy at all to what they do. Small wonder such schemes are illegal in all the developed counries. Has any of us questioned why there would be a laws against them?
