No doubt that someone is blasing obscene stuff. I don't think it is Bill. Bill sticks to his own agenda which has to do with DWI and some specific events having to do with DWI. But these obscene and disruptive comments just don't sound like him. It could even be that the obscene one is the same one who says that Bill is the obscene one. It wouldn't be the first time someone pulled a stunt like that.
