What would happen to the economy of PNG if they did not sell their resources over seas. Suppose a law was passed today that they could only harvest resources that they consumed themselves? Would PNG be better off and would the people of PNG become more productive by making the products themselves from these resources and selling them overseas in stead of the raw material?
