Thanks for your comments. Problem is that sometimes we need a little more framework to work within otherwise the results is complete anarchy. 1 person may be destroying this forum but that kind of person always appears everywhere and there needs some structure to deal with it. Framework of this forum seems loose enough to encourage participation (this forum is more active than almost all the other alternative forums put together), but maybe too loose in other respects and that's now why some complaints.
