The tone and subjects of any forum or disscussion group is set by the participants. You can create as many new forums as you want to, call them by any name that you desire, however there is one common demominator that will continue, the same people will still be there with their same attitudes and mentalities and posting the same messages. The best way to get a good solid forum is to stick with what you have now and hope that more people will come on board and participate. If you get more concerned and intelligent participants they will, in time, out number and over whelm the the jerks and the jerks will go somewhere else to be with their own kind. They won't be able to tolerate intelligent thoughts.
