I THINK MY COMMENT IS ALONG YOUR LINES. WHENEVER YOU ASK A QUESTION THAT SEEMS TO HAVE A YES ANSWER, OF COURSE IN POLITENESS WE WILL ANSWER "YES". DO YOU WANT A WATER SUPPLY? YES. DO YOU WANT A NEW HEALTH CENTRE? YES. DO YOU WANT US TO HELP YOU GROW YOUR GARDENS? YES. DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THE MOON? YES.

THERE ARE NO 2 OPTIONS IN THESE QUESTIONS. ONLY ONE OPTION. SO THE ANSWER IS OBVIOUS, PEOPLE TAKE THE ONLY OPTION GIVEN TO THEM!!!
