Thanks for your comments. You made the point of politeness much clearer. Any you also explicitly mentioned that "people are asked" this and that which is my point, that the origin of the ideas for a project is often externally generated by "ol save lain" and together with "free" resources (experts, money and equipment) from outside, who can say "no" unless it means, the destruction of the community.
