We will continue calculating and reviewing earlier ones and we would not have advanced any further then where we are now. We don't need to catch up if we can leap ahead. After all the West have done the donkey work, the heavy industries are in the West, and why break our back repeating all these. All we need is repeat what the Malaysianss have done. Eg,. get into microchip tech and rearrange our behavior and use existing technology, that is if we are talking about the production process. Peoples attitude to change and of an idependent state is another.
