Well, stupid Bill (you really are an idiot if you can't figure all this out yourself), you could try this for a start and also make a copy of what you post so that if it is deleted, you can repost it on another forum.............

This does not reflect the depth of foreign domination of PNG as
it may seem to suggest from the outset. But it reflects something
else about PNG. I will let you all think about it and find out..

I would agree with this if colonial powers were in the parliment
setting laws and policies that creates the economic environment for
the country. Nope, PNG'ans were in charge for the last 25 years.
We have allowed ourselves to be dictated to and run over. We are
supposed to be independent.. But we have fallen for the carrot on
the stick, we have sold our birth right for a bowl of soup.

The answers are withing PNG, not out there. Lets not point fingers.

One thing I do not understand is how easy it is for foreigners to
access the offices of the PM and ministers in PNG.
