Good thoughts.I agree with most of what you said.

I only wish to point out an issue regarding your comments on co-opting some of the representatives of BPC into the Momis led government. That is the sticking point. None of them can be co-opted, as they were elected under a non-legal entity,hence are not legal representatives and therefore cannot speak for the people.

For the sake of continuity they should either legalise the BPC or have fresh elections immediately and reconstitute the BTG. I think the latter option will face a hostile public.Better to legalise the BPC, as the judges hinted when handing down their decsiion. They put the challege back to the politicians to come up with a innovative solution, but I do not hold out much hope on seeing anything underway until well into the year.
