True.But money is not the point in this discussion. It is the make up of the BPG and why it's reached a stalemate.

Now that a Governer is in place, there is no PEC or BPC or BTG to help run the province.Where will Momis get his PEC? He cannot draw it form the rank and file of the BPC as these were elected outside of the juridistion of the reinstated BPG. The BPG now consists only of the four MPs, these being the only legally instituted reps on the island. Even if the money was there these four still cannot spend it without endorsement by the PEC, which is non existent.

The best way is to legalise the BPC or have fresh elections for the BPG, and this second alternative would not be a wise move.
