Using Bill's principle of from small to big or from big to bigger lies, this is what is happening.

Bill starts out with his little issue with the head of DWU. But it gets bigger.

Because he lost out on that front, he goes against DWU. But it gets bigger.

Because others associated with DWU didn't play his tune (Peter Barter, Carol Kidu, Department of higher education) and the various personalities on the forums who are probably PNGns, PNG is corrupt. SVD in PNG is corrupt. The head of SVD PNG is in bed with the head of DWU. And everyone else over the last 12 months who has had anything to say in response to Bill's postings are in bed with each other. But it gets more international.

SVD worldwide is corrupt because SVD head PNG is in bed with head of SVD world. But it still gets bigger.

The church of which SVD is a part is corrupt. The church does not play his music, so the head of SVD world is in bed with the head of the church world (pope). So the church is corrupt. But it gets even bigger.

The pope is not listening and not playing Bill's tune. So the pope is in bed with god. God is corrupt. The world and the universe is corrupt. But it gets even better.

Because god is corrupt and the universe and all that is within it which god has created is corrupt, Bill is in bed with himself, wanking his pickle, his mind so corrupted he sees everyone and everything as corrupt.

He dreams DWU corruption in his sleep ... He sleepwalks, trying to get into bed with Jan, Trevor, Brian, Peter, Carol, Tony, David, Paul, William, Sam and all other PNGns like he does on the internet, he is sadly disappointed to find that he is in bed with himself wanking himself to ecstacy ... half waking to sigh and groan .... or sweet corruption, erection, copulation, and finally masterbation. But back to the beginning.

He would start his routine with posting on the web... gets all excited with responses from others, works himself up than collapses on the bed to finally wet himself when he dreams corruption, gets an erection, copulates with himself and masterbates.
