Czar's first post was right on the money. Beauford is indeed a high major athlete, as the other poster pointed out. Very explosive. Good body, good strength, knows how to score, but needs to shoot it more consistently. Defends real well but is only 5'10'', as advertised. If Beauford can qualify, this is an excellent get. Without question it would be one of the top signings in the conference.
Beauford is the best recruit that SBU got for this year. That BOS Gordon Hurley couldn't play dead in a cowboy movie. Gordon Hurley should have went to Kean or Stevens Tech in New Jersey. Beauford is a great play but lets not compare him to Kiki Clarke. That would be like comparing Santiago to Jamar Wilson. One is steady the other is outstanding!!!!
