Gabe, looking a bit put-out (or disappointed; it's hard to tell), takes bite after bite of his chicken. He's trying to hide the fact that he's watching Lian, and he's failing miserably.
Good thing Lian is far too surprised to notice. Delicately holding the flower, a slight blush of embarassment across her cheeks, she glances at Teresa, who is nodding appreciately between sips of her soup. Lian smiles and lays the daisy beside her plate, suddenly becoming very interested in the lasagna in front of her.
Teresa catches sight of Gabe, a slow grin spreading across her features. This is sooooome dinner party.
