Coming to the voice part - from which of his songs should his words been taken from? I have no idea. I guess this was recorded during the session on 30.09.1958 (9/30/1958). 5 takes have been recorded. One of them + the count in by Buddy were published. I think Buddy was just demonstrating how it should sound the right way from his point of view and someboddy recorded the more or less 30sec long "demo". The speed isn´t quite constant from what we hear. Maybe the turntable they used for the mp4-transformation saw the better times already. Listening to the count in by Buddy I have the feeling that he sounds a little bit nasal - due to a cold?? On the "demo" I can hear it too. What do you think?
