If your daughter isn't consistently winning in Prelim, You don't want her to rush through prelim either!

Let her savor the podium placements in prelim and then her final firsts- because if she isn't consistently WINNING in prelim, she may have a hard time even placing in the top 50% in an open comp, particularly if she is starting to trend into the tween years. Even if she is winning in Prelim, she may have a hard time podium placing for a long time.

Open is a beast- Prelim is fun- enjoy it!
