These comments are made for an awareness to correct. It’s like turnout… you can’t magically turnout (some have natural turnout) but most have to work those leg and hip muscles. Irish dance is such an athletic sport. Everything needs strengthening, power and control. Work on ankle strengthening first. That is one of the biggest and most common injuries and really is used in every aspect of their dance
