Only a moron would take the attitude that it's none of the customers' business what is going on in the personal lives of the business owners.
You were yapping about how his team "doesn't waste their time" on nonsense like business communications. i.e., doing their JOBS and keeping his customer base in the loop as to when the business will reopen.
You know, so they don't just take their business elsewhere, stop buying the brand, cross it off their list, etc.
Just because you've obviously never had to think more deeply than hitting the buttons on the cash register for the next customer in line doesn't mean that business people don't understand the importance of communicating with their client base.
