…with VBK’s resume before you posted on it. Based upon that it would seem that, at least on paper, hiring VBK over Lanier was a no-brainer. It definitely seems to be the logical decision.

Of course, sometimes, logical decisions don’t work out for the best. Still, its hard to fault the AD for hiring a guy with a very successful record against a guy with no head coaching experience

BTW, I know Lanier is 26-23 at Siena. What is VBK’s record at SBU?
