Though I think Orr had a great year at Siena, given what he had to work with, I think his coaching career would have been better served if he had stayed at Siena 2 or more years to improve.

He won 20 games with a shaky roster but did make mistakes. I thought he grew alot in the job, but in the long run, wasn't ready for the Big East.

He jumped too soon, in a year where there were something like 60 coaching vacancies, many of them at good schools.
