I think you are right about the price increases. People rarely comment on cigarette notices here but at the store a number of people said "Wow look at those cigarette prices..nothing is less than $10 (they were $8 or $9 not that long ago).How can people afford to smoke?". A whole group of shoppers were shocked. I gave them the answer though. They buy on tribal lands. I very rarely see anyone here buy cigarettes at a normal store.
