Subject: DC bans sale of menthol cigarettes

The Mayor is getting the warm n fuzzies that he is protecting black people. In reality this ban is so useless that it is almost funny. Menthol smokers will easily be able to get their cigarettes (or flavored cigars) in Maryland or Virginia (which has super low cigarette taxes). Those states are right there, it will not be an inconvenience to travel there. The only thing this is going to change is the revenue of DC convienence stores. No even playing field for them.
