You can do as little as take a DC Metro subway train, to either Maryland or Virginia! I agree, that DC menthol ban will be pointless as heck. Sad to hear the city of DC signed such a ban, into law. Then again I suspected one day they'd try to pull off crap like this, since I think the DC tax per cigarette pack is now something ridiculous like $4 to $4.50 a pack.
