I was, but very rarely and entirely situational. Ended when I was fairly young as well. I can remember two situations that led to it.

I remember a couple of times where I wouldn't get out of bed when I was supposed to. Can't remember the series of events that led to that position, but the refusing to get out of bed resulted in my legs in the air and my butt getting toasted.

When I was real young, one of my "get out of spanking" tactics was to drop to the floor when whoever was wanting to spank me tried pulling me into position. As you'd imagine, that sometimes led to them just grabbing my legs and doing it that way instead.
