It too doubt much in the way of legal action could be taken against anyone modifying a CC, even if the info is swiped from the Web. If a patented circut design was stolen or a Tradmarked name then it's another story. On the other hand Apple may not be amused that Smithfamily seems to include OS 9 pre-installed free with a CC purchase from them.
