Unless you want to hack the back panel off the 575 to fit your CC, there's no benefit to getting a complete 575, which would cost far more to ship than a board. Only exception might be if you need a larger HD, and there's one in the 575, or if you need a keyboard and mouse, and thet're included with the 575.

Also, whole 575s sometimes go more cheaply than do logic boards, so it might cost no more, even with shipping!

It might be worth waiting for a (board + 32Mb SIMM) package which appears quite often on eBay - sometimes with an Ethernet card thrown in as well. Also, watch out for VRAM - if there's none, you need to source elsewhere.
