Subject: Case Modifications

To all,
I was wondering what people have used to do the case / chassis modifications on their CC's. I am particularly interested in John Stocker's excellent 6500 in a CC. His first PCC looks much like mine, Kind of rough, but functional. The 6500 looks almost like a factory piece. What did you do differntly? I have used a Dremel tool, with cutoff wheels, a hand saw and files. I have also used a band saw for some of the larger work. If anyone would like to share their experiences and any tricks or tips, I would greatly appreciate it! I will be finishing off my first PCC soon, and I would like to do a more professional looking job on the next one.

Thanks for your help,

Jeff Heflin
