If the 3.3v regulator is not the answer then maybe fitting the 630 power supply like John did for his 6500 is the answer. Has John put a 6400 board in in place of the 6500 to see if it works? He states that the 630 powers the motherboard and the CC powers the monitor, etc.
Can John provide instructions for adding the 630 power supply in the CC?
