 I think it was wrong how out of control the woman is and how she was swearing and grabbing the teen.  Having said that, it should not have been made public and she should not have had her life ruined over it.  The elder brother who filmed it should be ashamed of himself.  This coming out and the consequences of it will have done far more harm to that family than any spanking ever could. It is also going to fuel antispanking sentiment.
