 A mom filmed her son holding a Kool Aid box with his arms outstretched as punishment for being a bully. She posted two clips of it to Instagram. In another reel she says she yells at her kids, "whoops" them.

Never had to something like this as punishment but remember on bushcraft skills camp in high school having to lay on our backs with feet six inches off the ground. Very painful.
